NCD was established in 2007, at a time when most business technology work meant websites, networking and the practical systems that keep a company running day to day. That’s where our experience started, and it’s given us a grounding in how business technology behaves once it’s live — not just how it looks in a proposal.
Business technology has changed substantially since then, and our capability has developed alongside it. Over the years, the work has expanded to include bespoke software, cloud infrastructure, business automation, SaaS development, and artificial intelligence and AI agents.
Artificial intelligence is now one of several capabilities NCD can apply where it is appropriate to the business requirement. What hasn’t changed is the underlying approach: understanding a genuine business requirement before recommending how to solve it.
