Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 May 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the NETCOMMDESIGN LTD website and to the purchase of services through this website, including the GEO Assessment Professional Report.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By using this website or purchasing a service from NCD, you agree to these terms.
1. About NETCOMMDESIGN LTD
This website is operated by NETCOMMDESIGN LTD, a UK technology company providing website, IT, technical and AI visibility assessment services.
Website: https://www.netcommdesign.co.uk
Contact: Please use the Contact page on this website for general enquiries, service questions and support requests.
2. Services provided
NCD provides professional technology services, including website clarity support, technical implementation support and GEO / GEV services.
The current core online product is the GEO Assessment Professional Report. This is a structured assessment designed to help a business understand how clearly its website can be interpreted by AI assistants, search engines and answer-based discovery systems.
The GEO Assessment may include a secure dashboard, downloadable PDF report, scores, blockers, priority fixes, copy-ready recommendations, technical guidance and developer handover information.
3. GEO Assessment scope
One GEO Assessment purchase covers one website assessment only, unless agreed otherwise in writing by NCD.
The assessment is based on the website URL and business information submitted by the customer, together with available technical signals at the time of assessment.
The service is a diagnostic and recommendation service. It does not include website changes, implementation work, ongoing monitoring, backlink building, SEO management, paid advertising or subscription support unless separately agreed and paid for.
4. Orders and payment
Orders may be placed through the NCD website using the available checkout process.
The price shown at the time of purchase applies to that order. NCD may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already completed and paid for.
Payment must be received before access details, assessment entitlement or report processing is provided.
5. Information required from the customer
To complete an assessment, the customer must provide accurate website and business information through the secure intake process.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that submitted information is complete, lawful, accurate and authorised for use by NCD in preparing the assessment.
NCD is not responsible for inaccurate report findings caused by incorrect, incomplete or misleading customer-submitted information.
6. Delivery of the GEO Assessment
After purchase, the customer should receive access details or instructions for the GEO intake process. Once the required details are submitted, the GEO engine processes the assessment and generates the dashboard and PDF report.
NCD may review reports internally for quality control and service improvement.
Delivery times may vary depending on submitted information, website accessibility, technical issues, system availability and quality review requirements.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Where legally applicable, customers may have cancellation rights for online purchases. For services and digital/report-based products, those rights may be affected once the customer asks NCD to begin the service, submits intake information, or receives access to the report/dashboard.
If the assessment has not yet started, a refund request may be considered. If the assessment has already been processed, dashboard access has been created, or the PDF report has been generated, refunds may not be available except where required by law.
Refund requests must be submitted through the Contact page with the order details and reason for the request.
Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. No guarantees
NCD does not guarantee rankings, AI inclusion, AI recommendations, traffic, enquiries, sales, revenue, search visibility or any specific commercial outcome.
AI assistants, search engines and answer-based discovery systems are controlled by third parties and may change without notice.
The purpose of the GEO Assessment is to identify clarity, trust, structure and technical issues, and to provide practical recommendations for improvement.
9. Customer responsibility after the report
The customer is responsible for deciding whether to implement any recommendations in the report.
The customer may use their own developer or request a separate quotation from NCD for implementation support.
NCD is not responsible for changes made by the customer, third-party developers, hosting providers, plugins, themes, AI platforms or search engines after the report is delivered.
10. Implementation services
Any implementation work requested after a report is separate from the GEO Assessment purchase and must be quoted and agreed separately.
Implementation services may include website clarity improvements, schema setup, llms.txt guidance, technical fixes, service-page restructuring, FAQ creation or related website work.
Separate implementation work may have its own scope, price, delivery terms and payment conditions.
11. Website use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security, copy protected content unlawfully, submit malicious code or use the website in a way that may damage NCD, its systems or other users.
NCD may restrict access to parts of the website or service if misuse, suspicious activity or security risk is detected.
12. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, reports, assessment formats, templates, copy, designs, processes and materials provided by NCD remain the intellectual property of NCD or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Customers may use their purchased report for internal business review and implementation purposes. The report must not be resold, republished, copied as a competing service, or used to train another commercial service without written permission from NCD.
13. Third-party tools and platforms
NCD services may refer to or interact with third-party systems such as search engines, AI assistants, hosting providers, payment processors, WordPress, WooCommerce, analytics tools or technical platforms.
NCD is not responsible for the availability, policies, outputs, rankings, decisions or technical changes of third-party platforms.
14. Limitation of liability
NCD provides services with reasonable care and skill. However, the assessment is based on available information and technical conditions at the time of processing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCD is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, reputational loss, search engine changes, AI platform behaviour or decisions made by the customer based on the report.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
15. Data protection and privacy
NCD processes customer and website information in connection with orders, assessment delivery, service administration, communication and quality control.
Please read the NCD Privacy Policy for more information about how personal data is collected, used, stored and protected.
16. Changes to these terms
NCD may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page applies when you use the website or place an order.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
18. Contact
For questions about these Terms & Conditions, please contact NCD through the Contact page on this website.
